With a background as an IP specialist, aerospace engineer, and photographer, Kajsa’s journey doesn’t follow the conventional path.
She loves working as a mindset coach, but that hasn’t stopped her from joining a startup in battery technology for electric aviation, while training for an English Channel swim and working with her reactive Cattledog Rusty.
She’s been asked the question: “How do you manage to do it all?” on countless occasions.

I'm not sure I have the time
Are you expecting the answer to be that you definitely want to join this coaching program then?
That’s not how this works, but let me ask you:
Do you not have the time or do you not want to make the time?
If so, and if you love your reasons: it’s not a problem.
There are times I have firmly opted out of participating in activities and I loved it. At the time, these things didn’t fit my priorities and I was clear on that.
Do you know your priorities and your reasons though? Or are you simply responding to what society is telling you to do:
– to put yourself last
– to be selfless
– to give
When is the right time? When is it okay to make time? Are you controlling your calendar or is your calendar controlling you? Do you have firm boundaries in place or do your people pleasing tendencies tend to take over?
These are all things we get to investigate when we work together.

The sessions will be recorded, but…
this is a small group coaching program, not an online self study course.
The insights will come from the coaching on the issues that come up as a result of the assignments and reflection questions during the week.
